Five … four…three…two…one…. BLAST OFF! Deer Creek Park in Maplewood, MO is out of this world!

🚀 We loved exploring this playground this weekend! For starters, this park was just around the corner from Maypop Coffee and Garden Shop! We stopped to grabbed iced coffees before heading to the park.

🚀 A few really cool things to point out- this playground is space theme! There’s a moon rover car and a space shuttle to play, on as well as the playground! While there is a ramp onto the playground equipment, I wouldn’t say this playground is completely inclusive. There’s a couple of slides, a bridge, and some climbing features, too.



🚀 Another neat spot was the sand area. The white sand was clean and a ton fun. If we were going again, I would make sure to pack sand castle building toys. There’s a few digging toys and a seesaw, too.

🧺 Two pavilions are close by with tables, but there were a handful of benches spread throughout the perimeter of the park.

🚽Bathrooms are close by, but surprisingly this time we didn’t need to go.
