Beef Stroganoff
1 1/2 lbs beef stew meat
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can beef broth
1 packet brown gravy mix
1 cup sour cream
egg noodles, cooked
Combine cream of chicken, broth, and gravy mix in slow cooker.
Add meat and cook on low for 8 hours.
Stir in sour cream and serve over hot cooked egg noodles.
*Neither of us like mushrooms, so we use cream of chicken. If you like mushrooms, use cream of mushrooms.
