We love any reason to get a group of people together to eat, celebrate, and play games, but when there's fireworks involved. It gets even better! This Fourth of July we spent with new friends shoving fried chicken and delicious apps down our gullet, sipping yummy fruit infused lemonade, and watching fireworks from the river bank.
I feel so guilty showing up to someone's home empty handed so I made an apple pie.. in fact, I made two apple pies because I didn't know if I'd like the pie crust or to crumble topping. Our vote was the crumble topping! ;)
