Feeling achy? Put a drop or two of PanAway on your skin and see how it feels. Dilute, if needed, by blending with a tiny bit of olive or coconut oil.
Uncomfortable Tummy? Put one drop of DiGize Vitality Oil with carrier oil to massage on your stomach clockwise.

Add a drop of Frankincense to your moisturizer each morning and evening for youthful and vibrant skin!

Have fun learning how to make some simple & easy DIY recipes with your essential oils. Here are a few to get you started!
Glowing skin roller: Fill a 10 ml roller bottle halfway with witch hazel. Add 5 drops each of Frankincense & Lavender. Wash your face with warm water & apply your roller lightly to the face to support, calm, soothe & purify skin.
Linen spray: Fill a spray bottle with ¼ witch hazel, 15 drops Lavender & distilled water. Spray onto linens including baby blankets for a restful nights sleep.
Happy Tummy: Fill a 10ml roller bottle ¾ of the way with V6 or fractionated coconut oil. Add 5 drops peppermint, 5 drops lemon & 10 drops DiGize.
Muscle rub: Mix a few drops of carrier oil with 2 drops of Panaway & add to a roller or glass bowl. Rub on tired muscles. For extra support, layer a drop Peppermint on top!
