2 1/2 c all purpose flour
1/2 c sourdough discard
1/2 t salt
1/4 butter (room temperature)
3/4 c HOT water
Mix flour, sourdough discard, and salt together.
Cut in the butter until the butter is pea size.
Add HOT water and need into a ball.
Let dough rest for about an hour. Cut into 8 pieces.
Fold into balls, lightly cover with oil and a towel and let rest for another 1-2 hours.
Dust workspace with flour, and roll each ball very thin into a tortilla!
Cook on cast iron griddle!
