Trash Nachos
Tortilla Chips
Cheddar Cheese, grated
1/2 lb smoked meat (I typically use leftover pork)
Red Onion, Diced
Cilantro
Fresh Jalepeno
Sour Cream
BBQ Sauce
Arrange a layer of tortilla chips in a baking dish and top with cheese. Place another layer of tortilla chips on top. Sprinkle on grated cheese, thinly sliced smoke meat and red onion.
Place in the oven on broil until cheese is completely melted, about 3-5 minutes.
Top with cilantro, jalepeno, BBQ sauce, and sour cream.
