I went to public school and loved most of it. J was homeschooled and loved it. Our church operates a private school. I'm a certified teacher and taught in the local school district before moving to the nonprofit world.
Education has always been important to us. I started feeling a little tug to homeschool the boys, but there were lots of questions about the how to, am I qualified? socialization? and a number of other questions, doubts and fears about this education option.
Homeschool Bravely was a book that felt like it took my hand and patted it, letting me know that my questions were valid, but so was the call to homeschool. While we haven't decided with 100% certainty, I do feel like this book was the right push towards homeschool that I needed.
