Before you jump and say, "You shouldn't just go to a church and play on their playground equipment!", Church of the Shepherd invites people to their community playground! I'll even post a link to prove it for people who need to read it for themselves!
While this playground isn't huge, what I love most is that a church has opened it's space for their community to share. What a simple and beautiful way to be like Christ.
This playground is fenced in, which we know I LOVE! There are benches for seating, trashcans if you brought a little snack, and a little library. There's not a whole lot of shade nor are there bathrooms, but when we're looking for a park to play at for a short period of time, this is a great community playground.
